General Responsibilities:
* Architect and build Ruby on Rails web applications from ground up
* Rapidly prototype custom web-based applications
* Work within an agile development methodology
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of software development experience
* Experience with Ruby on Rails
* Experience with XML and XHTML
* Familiarity with source control and other software engineering best practices
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well within a fast paced, dynamic, and deadline oriented environment
* Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas in a clear concise manner
